The biggest myth about organizational performance? It all comes down to just one thing.
Some say vision and strategy are the keys to success. Others argue it’s all about operations and processes. And then there are those who swear it’s people and culture that truly make the difference.
But what if performance is actually a three-dimensional game?
• Without vision and strategy, you lose focus, burn out, and waste resources.
• Without efficient operations, you slow down—or worse, get stuck.
• Without a strong culture, you’re at a standstill ⚰️
So, which one is the most important?
If you ask me, culture comes first—but the truth is, it’s a holy trinity. These three dimensions don’t compete with each other; they fuel each other.
