Time Management Is Bullsh*t! Yeah, I said it.

You can’t manage time—it keeps moving forward whether you like it or not. What you can manage is your actions and priorities.

I used to think I could squeeze more hours out of the day by “managing time.” But the truth hit me: the real game-changer is managing yourself—what you focus on, when, and how.

Here’s what actually works:

Reflect on what truly matters before you even open your emails. If you start with your inbox, you’re already reacting to other people’s priorities instead of focusing on your own.

Journal your thoughts. Even a few bullet points can help clear your mind and set the right direction for the day.

Understand your business needs. What actually moves the needle? Don’t just stay busy—stay effective.

Write things down. Your brain is for thinking, not for storage. Get things on paper (or in an app) so you don’t waste mental energy.

Identify the one most important task. Not ten, not five—just one thing that will make the biggest impact.

Prioritize and take action. If you don’t set priorities, someone else will do it for you.

Sounds simple, right? Then why do so few people actually do it?

So, be honest—are you controlling your actions, or are you just reacting to the chaos of the day? 🤔
